Most of us are aware of the damaging effects of diabetes or how diabetes deteriorates our health in many ways. People suffering from diabetes often suffer from other problems like kidney disease, heart disease, stroke, blindness, infections, wound that never heals and many more. So it is of utmost importance to understand that diabetes can really affect your health and will only make it worse with time.

Many times people suffering from diabetes are not even aware of it; they never notice the symptoms and ignore the health damages it causes to their body. So if you feel sudden frequent thirsts, hunger, urination, weight-loss or any such problem, immediately go to the doctor and get your checkups done.

Beware of street Hot Drinks: There is one more important thing to keep in mind for all streets hot drink lovers. These drinks which most of us take on the way to our schools, colleges and office contains large amount of sugar. Mochas, latte, hot chocolates and all hot fruit drinks contain deadly amount of sugar which can make your blood glucose level worst and can lead you to suffer from diabetes.  So it’s preferable to stay away from them as well.

We are providing you some Home Remedies to control your blood glucose level:

Bitter gourd– Remove the seeds of 2-3 bitter gourds and with the help of juice extract the juice. Add some water and drink it. Try this juice in the morning for at least 2 months.

Indian Gooseberry (amla): Mix two tablespoon of gooseberry juice and mix it with water and drink it on an empty stomach. It really helps in controlling sugar levels.

Fenugreek–  Soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water. Leave overnight. In the morning drink this water along with the seeds on an empty stomach. Try this to control your insulin levels.

Green tea–  Drink green tea on an empty stomach. It has all the essential antioxidant components which helps in lowering insulin levels in the body.

Mango Leaves- Boil 12-14 leaves in the water. Leave for rest entire night. Filter this water and drink first thing in the morning. It regulates the insulin level in the body.

You can also eat fruits that are high in Fiber: Try apples, pears, apricot, blueberries, kiwifruit, pomegranates, and avocado.  High in Fructose: Guava, mango and grapefruit.

Stay away from fruits that are high in Sugar: Avoid eating fruits like Banana, dates, watermelon, oranges.
