Recipe of Banana Tea
Take a banana and cut the ends and peel off the skin. Put the banana and its peel into the boiling water. Boil this water for around 10 minutes. Use spatula to mash the banana or use a colander and pour the water in a glass. If you want to add another flavor to it. Add a pinch of cinnamon in it. Mix well and drink this one hour before going to bed. Banana tea really tastes good and will definitely help you to get proper sleep.
