Take one tbsp. Almond oil or water and add 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil. Rub and massage this oil on your forehead and temples. This mixture will really help you to get rid of headache instantly.

You can also take a steam by adding few drops of peppermint oil to the boiling water. Take the steam for a few minutes and relax.

Ginger:

Ginger is very beneficial for health due to its medicinal properties. It has soothing properties which help in reducing inflammation of the blood vessels. There are many ways to consume ginger.

You can add ginger while making tea or can also mix 2 tbsp. Ginger juice with 2 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix well and drink this juice first thing in the morning.

Another way is to take an ice water, dip a cloth in this ice water and place it over your head for at least 5-10 minutes. Repeat this method several times.

Cinnamon:

Cinnamon is really a savior for all those who suffer from headache on a regular basis. It is an easiest way to cure headache quickly.

All you need to do is to take some cinnamon and grind it to make a powder. Take 2 tbsp of powder and mix it with 2-4 tbsp of water and make a thick paste of it. Apply this paste on your temples and forehead. Wash your head with lukewarm water after 30 minutes.

Apples:

Yes an apple is all you need to stay healthy and fit. Apple is one such superfood which is very beneficial and helpful in treating sinus headaches. You can use both, apple or apple cider vinegar.

If you have a headache, then take a piece of apple and sprinkle some salt on it and drink lukewarm water after.

You can also take a boiler, and take ½ cup of apple cider vinegar plus ½ cup of water and cover the mixture with a lid and boil it for some time. Take the towel to cover your head and use the mixture to take steam.

Drink plenty of water

One of the most common causes of headache is dehydration. Water plays a crucial role in the body and it is very important to drink plenty of water regularly. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. You can easily stay fit and disease free just by drinking an adequate amount of water. So stay hydrated and drink as much water as possible.

Exercises and meditation are the easiest and best ways to stay away from headaches. If headache troubles you often, then these are some stretches you should definitely try:

Move your head up  and down, left and right and rotate your neck in anticlockwise and clockwise direction. This will definitely relax your muscles around the neck and shoulder.

You can also try swimming, aerobics, walking, biking, and any such activity to stay active and physically fit. You will surely feel better after adding any of these exercises to your daily routine.
