Fennel seeds (saunf): – This is an aromatic herb which is very helpful in treating health related issues as it contains many anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. It improves digestion; cure nausea, sore gums, stomach cramps, and also helps in providing relief from bloating.

The good thing about fennel seeds is that you can chew 1 tbsp. of fennel seeds whenever you want. You can also soak 2 tbsp of fennel seeds in the water. Leave it to rest and drink this water next day in the morning after boiling it for 2 minutes.

Peppermint: – Due to its soothing and calming effects peppermint is very popular for treating indigestion. It helps in relieving gas, calm digestive system, cure infrequent bowel movements, reduce stomach pain and also help to get rid of severe headaches.

Take a cup of boiling water and add 2-3 dried peppermint leaves to the water and let it boil for some time. Drink this tea daily in the morning. This tea is very helpful to regulate bowel movements.
