Breastfeeding

It is one of the most effective ways for losing pounds once you deliver a baby. But don’t rush as it is a slow method of losing weight. If you have delivered a baby in past two weeks, then wait for at least two months before trying to lose weight.

Take your time and make changes in your diet. Try to eat healthy and nutritious diet which is rich in protein, minerals and other important nutrients.

Try Green tea

Green tea contains essential ingredient which helps in burning stomach fat. It contains antioxidants and poly-phenols which help in improving metabolism and removes toxins present in body.

You can also try these natural Remedies to pregnancy belly fat:

Lemon and Honey: take one glass of lukewarm water and add 1 tbsp honey and fresh lemon juice to it. Mix well and drink it on an empty stomach. It really helps in weight loss process.

Cinnamon & Cloves: take 2-3 cloves (Laung) and 3 long cinnamon sticks and boil it with 8 glasses of water. Drink this water every day for around one and a half month. You can also add honey to make it taste better. Remember to drink this mixture warm in winter and normal in summer.

Mustard Seeds: Include mustard seeds in your dishes or you can also eat 2-3 tbsp of mustard seeds three to four times a day. It helps in burning calories and fat present in your body.
